We’re a small, fast-paced granite shop looking for a dependable, organized Office Assistant who can keep up and take ownership of their role.

What You’ll Do:
- Answer phones & provide strong customer service
- Use QuickBooks
- Draw countertops (we’ll train the right person)
- Process payments
- Reconcile bank & credit card accounts
- Help customers outside when needed (yes, even in the weather)
What We’re Looking For:
- Responsible and reliable
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Able to change directions quickly
- Detail-oriented
- QuickBooks experience preferred
