What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Heggen Law Office?
Heggen Law Office is hiring a part-time Office Assistant to assist with various administrative tasks around the office. The hours will initially be 11am-3pm, and there is the potential for growth.
Duties may include:
- Creating files and / or filing documents
- Scanning and copying documents
- Communicating - phone calls and emails - with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders
- Keeping up with required annual and continuous trainings
- Learning specific operating systems and procedures
Here's what we're looking for from ideal candidates:
- Self-sufficient, able to complete work independently
- Organized, understands how to maintain an orderly workspace
- Understands and can maintain confidentiality
- Previous office experience preferred
- Consistency is a must
