The Executive Leadership Intern will assist with administrative responsibilities, special projects, research initiatives, meeting preparation, and organizational planning efforts. Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Assist the CEO and President with administrative and organizational tasks.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Organize and maintain project files, reports, and executive correspondence.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and assist with scheduling as needed.
- Take meeting notes and prepare professional summaries and action-item reports.
Special Projects
- Support strategic initiatives and organizational growth projects.
- Conduct research and analysis on healthcare, business, operational, and market-related topics.
- Assist with business development initiatives and physician recruitment projects.
- Participate in process improvement and operational efficiency projects.
- Help prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive-level communications.
Data & Reporting
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational and financial data.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets and tracking tools.
- Assist with creating executive reports and performance dashboards.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of information used for leadership decision-making.
Administrative Duties
- Draft professional correspondence, memoranda, and meeting materials.
- Assist with event planning, leadership meetings, and special organizational events.
- Support various departments with assigned projects as directed by executive leadership.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding organizational, physician, employee, and patient-related information.
Qualifications
Required
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in:
