Scrum Master

Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, needs a hybrid Scrum Master for a full-time position. Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to champion Agile practices and drive the successful delivery of key initiatives. This role will initially focus on a strategic client reporting modernization project, with long-term opportunities to lead a diverse range of initiatives across the Client Service landscape.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in the Scrum Master role supporting Agile delivery teams
• 5 years of experience using Agile project management and collaboration tools, including JIRA and Confluence
• Active Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or comparable Agile credential)
• Previous experience working on a client reporting project
• Bachelor’s degree
  
  

Preferred Or Nice To Have Skills

• Demonstrated ability to coach and guide teams through the practical adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive measurable outcomes
• Prior experience in financial services or investment management strongly preferred

The expected base salary range for this role is: 120K-160K per year
