Responsibilities
- Drive sales for premium hospitality experiences across major events, offering VIP memberships, suites, dining packages, and corporate entertainment solutions while managing a strong pipeline of luxury and corporate clients
- Develop B2B sales opportunities for a portfolio of consumer and lifestyle brands, expanding placement through gifting programs, luxury venues, retail channels, and co‑branded partnerships
- Build and cultivate relationships with senior decision makers across marketing, hospitality, finance, retail, and lifestyle sectors, generating new business through outreach, networking, and events
- Manage the full client lifecycle from initial engagement through renewal, delivering exceptional service, identifying cross‑sell opportunities, and maintaining long‑term account relationships
- Represent the organization at industry events and high‑end activations, hosting VIP clients and supporting event execution in partnership with marketing and operations teams
- Maintain disciplined CRM pipeline management, provide accurate reporting, and support strategic growth initiatives across hospitality and brand partnership programs
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in high‑end sales environments, including corporate hospitality, luxury markets, premium events, sponsorships, or partnership‑driven programs
- Strong background in hospitality, events, equestrian, and home-based industries, with experience in customer development, sales, and relationship management preferred
- Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding revenue goals while selling high‑value B2B offerings or strategic partnership packages
- Strong relationship‑building, communication, and client‑facing skills with the ability to engage senior‑level decision makers
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and the ability to manage a structured sales pipeline
- Willingness to travel frequently and work evenings or weekends during peak event periods, with a polished and professional presence
