Role Summary
The Production Coordinator supervises and directs production operations for the division, overseeing Line Leaders, hourly production staff, and cleaning personnel. This position ensures all processes meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- GMP Compliance — Ensure all employees adhere to GMPs and follow company SOPs.
- Production Oversight — Supervise and direct daily production operations and workflows.
- Team Leadership — Manage Line Leaders, hourly production staff, and cleaning personnel.
- Safety Management — Promote safe behavior and support plant safety goals through continuous improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance — Ensure all health and safety regulations are met.
- Workflow Monitoring — Maintain production schedules, resolve issues, and ensure efficient operations.
- Reporting — Prepare routine reports and correspondence.
- Communication — Communicate effectively with employees and customers in group settings.
