We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead product strategy and execution across complex, high-impact initiatives. You’ll act as the key link between leadership, business teams, and engineering, ensuring the right things get built at the right time.

- Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
- Lead and continuously refine the product backlog, prioritizing high-value initiatives that deliver measurable impact
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape requirements, influence decisions, and ensure alignment across teams
- Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable user stories and solution approaches
- Guide cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, business) through delivery, ensuring clarity, quality, and speed
- Lead Agile ceremonies and drive best practices across teams, helping mature Agile delivery where needed
- Oversee release planning and execution, balancing strategic priorities with technical considerations
- Serve as the final decision-maker on scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business goals, user expectations, and quality standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and scalability across systems and workflows
- 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in complex software environments
- Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive leadership
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience scaling Agile practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience with enterprise platforms like Salesforce
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Power BI, or similar analytics and project tracking tools
- Agile, Scrum, or Kanban certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
