We’re seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and deliver scalable, secure, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud within a highly regulated environment.
This role blends hands-on development, architecture, integration, and DevOps ownership — ideal for someone who enjoys building clean, high-performance solutions that directly impact business growth and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL
- Implement complex business logic using Apex Salesforce Flow
- Lead enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, middleware) connecting Salesforce with ERP, Azure AD/B2C, and third-party platforms
- Own CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, manage sandboxes, and support IaC/TDD practices
- Administer and secure Salesforce (roles, profiles, OWD, sharing, validation rules, data integrity)
- Partner cross-functionally with business, architects, QA, and vendors in an Agile environment
- 5 years hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud (Marketing Cloud experience highly valued)
- Salesforce Admin & Platform Developer I certifications (required)
- Deep understanding of integrations, authentication, and security models
- Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Financial services experience
- Dynamics CRM → Salesforce migration experience
- .NET background
Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
