Product Owner (Salesforce)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Product Owner to lead software development initiatives and ensure that business needs are translated into high-impact digital solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of agile product management, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance business priorities, technical feasibility, and user experience to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including development, design, and operations—to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Serve as the main liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of priorities.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and adapt to changing requirements in an agile environment.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, product enhancement, and customer value creation.
• Prepare and deliver executive reports, presentations, and updates for senior leadership.
• Support the continuous improvement of operational and regulatory processes within the organization.

Required Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within software development projects.

Desirable Certifications / Licenses

• Salesforce Certifications
• Agile Certification
• Scrum Master Certification
• Kanban Certification

Technical Proficiency

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce.
• Experience with JIRA or other agile project management tools.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Canva, or similar tools for data visualization and reporting.
