We are seeking a skilled and proactive Product Owner to lead software development initiatives and ensure that business needs are translated into high-impact digital solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of agile product management, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance business priorities, technical feasibility, and user experience to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including development, design, and operations—to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Serve as the main liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of priorities.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and adapt to changing requirements in an agile environment.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, product enhancement, and customer value creation.
- Prepare and deliver executive reports, presentations, and updates for senior leadership.
- Support the continuous improvement of operational and regulatory processes within the organization.
Required Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within software development projects.

Technical Proficiency
