We’re hiring a Production Worker who takes pride in doing things properly, enjoys practical tasks, and wants to learn alongside a dependable team.
You’ll help prepare materials, assemble and package products, and check finished work before it moves to the next stage. Previous production experience isn’t required, we’ll show you the processes, equipment, and safety procedures involved.
Your part in the process
Working with the production supervisor and your teammates, you’ll:
- Prepare materials and supplies for daily production tasks.
- Follow instructions to assemble, finish, or package products.
- Check items for visible defects, correct quantities, and accurate labeling.
- Record completed work and report damaged materials or equipment concerns.
- Keep your workstation clean and supplies organized.
- Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as instructed.
