Inbound Call Center Representative

Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. | On-site

Your working day
- Answer incoming customer calls.
- Listen carefully and identify the reason for each call.
- Provide clear information and practical assistance.
- Resolve routine questions during the first conversation.
- Record accurate notes in the customer system.
- Arrange follow-ups when further action is required.
- Transfer specialist inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Follow call-quality and confidentiality procedures.
