Production Worker

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties

• Operate food processing equipment in accordance with FDA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and other safety standards in production.
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and sanitation procedures to maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
• Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to quality standards in production, including visual inspections and measurements using basic math skills.
• Follow detailed instructions for food processing tasks, ensuring proper handling of ingredients and finished products while maintaining regulatory/legal compliance standards in production.
• Support sanitation efforts by cleaning equipment and work areas regularly to meet sanitation and GMP requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet daily production goals while maintaining safety standards in production.
• Document production activities accurately within SAP (Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing) or similar manufacturing management systems for traceability and quality assurance purposes.

Experience

• Prior experience working within a food processing plant or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety management systems is desirable.
• Demonstrated understanding of quality assurance processes within the food and beverage industry.
• Experience managing or supporting manufacturing teams, emphasizing managerial communication skills.
• Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and quality checks during production processes.
• Knowledge of packaging procedures, sanitation protocols, and safety standards in a food industry setting is advantageous.
• Proven ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
