Clear Edge is partnering with a global iGaming provider to hire a VIP Relationship Manager to support its North American commercial team. Reporting to the CCO, this role focuses on building strong relationships with operator VIP teams and delivering initiatives that drive high-value player engagement and revenue growth.

The Role

You will coordinate VIP activities, events, and campaigns that enhance player engagement and product awareness. The role combines relationship management, event coordination, and commercial collaboration to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for operator VIP teams.
• Coordinate VIP commercial initiatives aligned with revenue and engagement goals.
• Plan and deliver VIP events, tournaments, promotions, and hospitality experiences.
• Manage logistics, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Support VIP campaigns linked to new game launches and product releases.
• Deliver training and demo sessions on new content and features.
• Align VIP activity with marketing, product, and commercial teams.
• Track performance of VIP initiatives, including engagement and revenue impact.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and partner feedback.

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in a commercial, marketing, events, or client-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial mindset with interest in revenue-driven initiatives.
• Experience in online gaming, digital entertainment, or iGaming preferred.
• Exposure to VIP, CRM, or player engagement programs is a plus.
