Clear Edge is partnering with a leading global provider in the regulated online gaming industry to hire a Promotions Manager to support their growing North American business. This role reports to the Head of Commercial Operations and will focus on developing and executing promotional strategies with operator partners across the regulated US market.

The Role

You will work closely with commercial, marketing, and product teams to deliver impactful promotional campaigns and ensure strong product placement across operator websites and mobile apps. The role combines campaign planning, partner collaboration, and performance analysis to drive revenue growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement promotional campaigns, contests, and marketing initiatives with operator partners.
• Manage the planning, execution, and tracking of promotions to maximise ROI.
• Analyse product placement and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Ensure strong product visibility and brand representation across operator platforms.
• Co-manage promotional budgets and support campaign planning.
• Act as a promotions advisor to operator partners, sharing best practices.
• Support major launches, state rollouts, and key industry events.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate internally to ensure successful delivery of campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years’ experience in promotions, marketing, or campaign management.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital campaigns.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for promotions.
• Online gaming or iGaming experience preferred.
