- Support the development of contracts and manage compliance with project guidelines.

- Engage in continuous learning about construction management software to streamline processes.
Experience
- Basic qualifications
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate and lead a team effectively
- Time management and documentation skills
- Manual labor, ability to climb stairs, lift heavy equipment and complete after 40 hours a week of physical work
- English speaking. Bilingual is a bonus.
- Ability to pass a background check
