We are looking for a Technology Services Project & Training Manager which will lead onboarding training, system adoption, and strategic technology projects. This role supports organization-wide efficiency by optimizing tools such as Microsoft 365 and Smartsheet while partnering across departments to drive key initiatives.
Schedule: Full-Time Days (Hybrid), 8:30am-5:00pm Mon. -FriWage: $96,000-$115,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training programs for staff
• Train employees on Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
• Improve system usage, governance, and user experience
• Develop training materials and internal resources
• Lead cross-functional technology projects from start to finish
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and planning
• Support continuous improvement and technology innovation
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5–7 years in IT, training, or project management
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Smartsheet
• Strong training, communication, and project leadership skills
Preferred
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or nonprofit settings
• Knowledge of HIPAA or compliance standards
• PMP or similar certification
