We are currently hiring a Server to join our culinary team, specifically supporting the Terrace Grille & Pub—a lively, restaurant-style dining venue on our campus. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming, engaging dining experience for residents and guests.
Wage: $19.09/hr
Schedule: 0.4 FTE
• Three weekday evening shifts: 3:00pm – 8:00pm
• Every other weekend required:
• Saturday: 3:00pm – 8:00pm
• Sunday Brunch: 10:00am – 2:00pm
What You’ll Do:
• Greet and engage residents and guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with menu selection, dietary accommodations, and special requests
• Provide beverage service, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in compliance with state laws and company policies
• Communicate clearly regarding kitchen hours and last-call timing
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment
• Support special events and catered functions
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well with older adults in a community setting
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
• Ability to follow alcohol service laws and company policies
