Solo cleaners earn $48 – $192 per property depending on job size and service type (minimum routine clean $120 = $48)

✅ Top Team Pay in the Industry – Team cleaners typically work larger jobs (deep cleans, move-outs, post-remodels, or multiple jobs in one location). Each cleaner earns $54 – $192 per property (20% commission), plus the designated driver receives an extra $10 per property. (20% commission; minimum clean $270 = $54)

Position Details:

Job Type: Full-Time (consistent weekday availability required; Monday–Friday, Saturday optional for those interested, 9 AM–5 PM)
Pay: Commission-based (40%) for solo cleaners; (20%) for cleaners working in a team of two; estimated earnings $700-$1,000 per week
Location: Jobs are assigned throughout Richardson, Plano, Frisco, Allen, and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform detailed housekeeping inside family homes (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting kitchens & bathrooms, making beds, tidying living areas, etc.).
• Work in occupied residences where families live day-to-day, requiring care, respect, and attention to personal belongings.
• Use professional cleaning products & follow best practices for safety and quality.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction through courteous, respectful interaction.
• Manage your schedule efficiently while following company guidelines.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Minimum 6 months of professional housekeeping experience in residential homes – Experience in restaurants, warehouses, or janitorial-only roles does not qualify. You’ll bring existing skills, and we’ll train you in our methods.
✔ Self-motivated & detail-oriented – You take pride in leaving a home clean and comfortable.
✔ Reliable & professional – Families trust us to care for their personal spaces.
✔ Great communication skills – Friendly, respectful, and customer-focused.
✔ Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Must use your personal vehicle to travel to job sites.
✔ Physically capable – Able to lift 20 lbs and handle the physical demands of cleaning.
