Job Overview
Taahir Pro Cleaning Services LLC is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Contractors (1099) to provide exceptional residential, Airbnb, and move-in/move-out cleaning services. Duties
- Perform residential, Airbnb, and vacation rental cleaning services.
- Complete one-time cleanings, deep cleanings, recurring cleanings, and move-in/move-out cleanings as assigned.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Clean appliances, countertops, sinks, showers, tubs, mirrors, windows (interior where applicable), and other surfaces.
- Replace linens and restock supplies for Airbnb properties when requested.
- Ensure work meets Taahir Pro Cleaning Services’ quality standards.
- Take before-and-after photos of completed jobs.
- Communicate professionally with the office regarding job status, scheduling, or any issues.
- Report damages, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards immediately.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect clients’ homes and belongings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently or part of a team.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Trustworthy and respectful to clients' homes and personal belongings.
- Dependable, punctual and reliable.
- Smartphone access for scheduling and submitting before and after photos.
Pay is per job as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
