House Cleaner

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our dedicated team. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are met or exceeded.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery effectively.
• Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Dust surfaces, clean windows, mirrors, and other fixtures to maintain a sparkling environment.
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and efficiently.
• Maintain proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Assist with outdoor work including patio cleaning or yard tidying when required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and safety procedures related to manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting heavy objects, and outdoor work when necessary.
• Experience in housekeeping management or residential housekeeping is a plus but not required.
