Immediate Opening for an Experienced Leader
We are actively seeking a high-performing Mitigation Project Manager with restoration experience who can step in and lead projects with confidence from day one.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, lead teams effectively, and deliver results immediately.

Clean Image Services, Inc. is a full-service Disaster Restoration Contractor in central Washington, specializing in water, fire and mold restoration projects. We currently serve the Yakima, Ellensburg, Moses Lake, and Wenatchee areas. Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervise Mitigation Technicians at the assigned location
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of Technicians and support staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and address performance concerns as needed
- Handle disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy
- Promote a positive, accountable, and safety-focused team culture
- Authorize in-budget job-related purchases
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of mitigation and restoration projects from scope through completion
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with profitability goals
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
- Write scopes and sell full-service restoration solutions
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality standards are met
- Oversee materials, scheduling, and job costing
- Manage multiple projects in various phases simultaneously
- Provide clear and consistent project updates to stakeholders
Leadership Expectations
- Lead, mentor, and hold mitigation teams accountable
- Set clear expectations and drive field performance
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members
- Contribute to the growth and development of the division
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the restoration industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- IICRC –WRT, ASD and FSRT certifications
- Familiarity with CRM software, with experience in Dash being advantageous
- Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- HMRT, AHERA and LEAD certifications
- Self-directed and capable of operating without close supervision
- Results-driven with a focus on profitability and efficiency
- Comfortable making decisions in fast-paced environments
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds occasionally
- Ability to navigate job sites as needed
