Immediate Opening – Join a Growing Restoration Team
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mitigation Technician to join our restoration team. In this role, you will help restore residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, storms, and other damage.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work during critical situations for our clients.
Responsibilities
Execute restoration and mitigation projects safely and efficiently
Perform demolition, content pack-outs, and drying operations
Conduct site inspections and assist with damage assessments
Set up and monitor drying equipment and systems
Assist with large-scale drying projects, including trailer operations
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Document job progress and communicate with project managers and office staff
Provide excellent customer service to clients during stressful situations
Follow all safety protocols and maintain awareness of job site conditions
Required Qualifications
1–2 years of restoration or related field experience preferred
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and emergency response situations
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
IICRC certifications (Water, Fire, Mold)
Experience with Xactimate
AHERA certification
RRP (Lead) certification
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds regularly
Ability to work in active job sites, including uneven or partially constructed environments
Frequent travel to job sites
Ability to perform physical labor including standing, bending, and lifting
