As Chief Operating Officer - Residential Construction, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, with a focus on project oversight, staff leadership, and business growth. You will work closely with ownership and lead a team of project managers, site staff, and administrators. This is a strategic and operational leadership role with the potential to grow into a Chief Operating Officer position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all company operations, including construction, project management, and administrative workflows
• Lead and support staff across project and office functions to ensure productivity and morale
• Implement systems and processes that support scalable growth and efficient execution
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality control across multiple projects
• Analyze performance data and make informed decisions to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with ownership on business development and long-term planning
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and internal standards
• Represent the company with professionalism in both client-facing and internal settings

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of leadership experience in residential construction or construction management
• Proven experience overseeing field teams, operations, and multiple concurrent projects
• Strong understanding of project and business operations in the construction industry
• Ability to create structure and processes that support scalable growth
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required due to occasional travel between project sites

• Full-time position
• Competitive annual salary range at $85,000 to $110,000 bonuses (commensurate with experience)
