to support our carpenters and field crew on residential building and remodeling projects. This is a great opportunity to get paid while learning the trade, work on custom homes and renovations, and grow into a skilled carpenter.

What You'll Do

• Assist carpenters with day-to-day tasks

• Load/unload materials and set up job sites

• Perform site cleanup, demolition, and prep

• Follow safety procedures and operate tools/equipment

What We're Looking For

• 1 year of construction or labor experience preferred

• Valid driver's license reliable transportation

• Able to lift up to 80 lbs and work on active job sites

• Ability to tow a trailer

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
