This role is ideal for someone who enjoys overseeing residential construction projects from start to finish while also being willing to step in on-site when needed. You will manage schedules, coordinate teams, update clients, and keep multiple projects moving efficiently. You will play an essential part in shaping how we build and serve as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather project details and prepare accurate estimates
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Keep clients informed with job logs, updates, and change orders
- Perform walk-throughs and ensure project satisfaction
- Attend and contribute to project meetings
- Manage permits, inspections, and schedules
- Maintain Gantt charts and project calendars
- Oversee daily work on multiple active job sites
- Assist with troubleshooting and punch list tasks
- Ensure sites are clean, safe, and organized
- Conduct final walk-throughs and address client concerns
- Ensure punch list items are completed
- Photograph completed work for portfolio use
- Maintain the company truck and tools
- Help vet subcontractors and suppliers
- Support the admin team with estimates and client communication
- Contribute to a supportive and productive team culture
Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of leadership experience in residential construction
- At least 3 years of frame carpentry experience
- Experience in both residential and light commercial work
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite and project tracking tools
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required due to occasional travel between project sites
- Positive attitude and a desire to grow with the company
Compensation and Benefits

- Competitive annual salary from $65,000 to $95,000 commensurate with experience
