Clean Eatz is looking for a full-time Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
Our kitchen is simple, clean, and very different from a traditional restaurant kitchen. We focus on efficient, high-quality food preparation without the stress and grease that come with many back-of-house roles.

We cook using a flat top with water and steam, ovens, and a panini press, making this a great fit for someone who wants a more balanced kitchen role without the chaos of a typical restaurant line.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and company standards
- Follow recipes and instructions carefully to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food handling practices
- Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure timely food preparation
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while following food safety guidelines
- Monitor ingredient and supply levels
- Assist the meal prep team during slower periods as needed
- Uphold high standards for food quality, presentation, and taste
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience
- Knife skills and familiarity with basic cooking techniques are helpful
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Food Safety or Culinary certification is a plus, but not required
