Clean Eatz Driver & Restocker -- Greater Cincinnati (1099, ~18 hrs/wk)

Clean Eatz is a national healthy-meal brand. We're the Greater Cincinnati franchisee — four locally owned and operated cafés, plus a separate smart-vending business serving Cincinnati Police and Hamilton County Sheriff sites. Our mission here is to make this one of the healthiest cities in America.

We're hiring an independent contract driver to run our weekly distribution route: meal plans and grab 'n go out of our Newport production kitchen to the three other cafés, and the restock route for the vending machines.

This is a real route with a real rhythm, not a gig app. Same three days every week, same stops, flat rate per run.

The Schedule

Three runs a week, roughly 18 hours total:

• Thursday, midday into evening (~8 hrs) — grab 'n go out to the cafés, plus the full vending route. The longest day.
• Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning (~5.5 hrs) — the big one. Bulk meal plan and grab 'n go, about 1,900 lbs across three stops.
• Monday evening after close or early Tuesday morning (~4.75 hrs) — special-request orders and anything short, delivered before Tuesday morning pickup. This is the run with the hard deadline.

You set your own sequence and start time inside each delivery window.

The Work

• Café runs: load at our Newport kitchen, deliver to Harrison Ave, Montgomery Rd and Eastgate Square. Log product temperatures at load and at drop-off, confirm counts, put product away.
• Vending runs: six sites, ten machines. Pull expired product, rotate stock FIFO (new behind old), and fill each machine from the load sheet we hand you. Reconcile the restock in the Byte app the same day.
• Flag problems: machine offline, temperature alert, count that doesn't match. Tell us; don't guess.

What You Need to Apply

• A cargo van — Transit 250, ProMaster 1500/2500, Express or Savana 2500, or similar. Minimum 230 cu ft cargo space and 2,000 lb payload, GVWR under 10,001 lbs, clear load floor with no rear seats, and tie-downs to secure a load. No CDL required.
• A registered business — LLC or sole proprietorship with an EIN. You'll invoice us and receive a 1099.
• Commercial auto insurance with our businesses named as additional insured. Certificate of insurance before your first run.
• A clean driving record and a valid license.
• Ability to pass a background check. One stop is a county jail and requires a Hamilton County Sheriff badge — we sponsor it and start the paperwork the day you're hired.
• Physically able to lift and carry 30–40 lb cases and bend to load lower freezer shelves.
• Comfortable with a smartphone app — the Byte inventory app and our production tracker are both part of the job, not optional paperwork.

What We Pay

Flat rate per run, mileage included — $195 to $275 depending on the run, typically about $680 a week. You invoice us; we pay on a set schedule. No waiting on tips, no per-mile guesswork, no surprises.
