Job Title: Director of Digital Marketing

Reports to: CMO/VP of Marketing

Purpose of role

Your role is integral to leading the digital consumer journey, turning every online interaction into an opportunity to engage and inspire. With your expertise in digital media management, you'll be the architect of our digital presence, crafting strategies that not only elevate our brand visibility but resonate deeply with our ethos of health and balance. Your skill in weaving our brand story across various digital platforms will not only attract our audience but also nurture a lasting relationship with them.

Your contribution extends beyond the realm of Clean Eatz Franchising. As a vital member of our marketing team, you'll share your digital media expertise with the Clean Eatz Kitchen team, ensuring a unified and effective digital strategy across our properties.

As a Director of Digital Marketing at Clean Eatz, your role is pivotal in ensuring that every digital initiative we undertake is infused with our core values and brand voice. You'll be a key player in a team that values collaboration, innovation, and a shared passion for making a positive impact in the world of health and wellness.

Job responsibilities (not exhaustive)

Lead digital consumer journey of Clean Eatz Franchising:
Digital Media Management:

● Develop and execute a comprehensive digital media strategy for Clean Eatz, encompassing various platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.

● Place digital media across suitable channels, ensuring alignment with our brand values and marketing objectives.

Website Optimization and Management:
● Take charge of the Clean Eatz website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
● Regularly update website content, monitor performance, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
● Optimize content for search engines and lead pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.

Email Marketing:
● Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.

● Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, focusing on engagement, retention, and conversion.

● Optimize email content and design, monitor analytics, and refine strategies based on performance metrics.

Loyalty Program Management:
● Maintain and manage the loyalty program for Clean Eatz.
● Working closely with IT, ensure the user experience for loyalty is best in class.
● Troubleshoot problems as they arise.

Incorporation of New Digital Touchpoints:
● Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and explore new touchpoints, such as text messaging, to enhance customer interaction and brand reach.
● Implement and manage these new channels, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies and brand voice.
Analytics and Reporting:

● Analyze and report on the performance of digital media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

● Use data-driven approaches to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

Support and advise on Clean Eatz Kitchen digital efforts:
Digital media expertise and support:

● Working with the Clean Eatz Kitchen team, ensure all best practices are cascaded to this property as well.

● Manage and support the execution of digital tactics where appropriate.
Website Optimization and Management:

● Working with the Clean Eatz Kitchen team, ensure all best practices are cascaded to this property as well.

Analytics and Reporting:
● Analyze and report on the performance of digital media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
● Use data-driven approaches to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

Active participant in marketing team:
Collaborate Across Functions:

● As part of the marketing team, participate in all company-wide initiatives.
● Serve as liaison of Marketing and IT wherever appropriate.
● Participate in franchisee training and support wherever appropriate.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Proven experience in digital media, website management, and email marketing.
● Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
● Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
● Excellent communication and creative skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
