Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple departments, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards and safety regulations.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of custodial staff, providing training and support to optimize performance and teamwork.
- Develop work schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and monitor progress to meet operational goals.
- Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness, safety practices, and adherence to company policies; address any deficiencies promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; ensure proper use and storage in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with management to implement new cleaning procedures or sanitation protocols as needed.
- Foster excellent customer service by addressing client concerns swiftly and professionally while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial services, industrial cleaning, or commercial cleaning environments with a focus on sanitation management. Must have experience leading Deep Cleaning and Terminal Cleaning projects.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management skills; previous leadership roles in janitorial or hospitality settings are highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning operations and sanitation procedures.
- Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead staff and coordinate with other departments.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with laundry services or hospitality housekeeping management is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and the ability to motivate a team toward shared goals.
