- Ensure documents are accurately labeled, categorized, and archived
- Perform routine audits to confirm file accuracy and completeness
- Retrieve records and provide documentation to team members upon request
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
- Assist with digitizing paper records when necessary
- Follow established document control procedures and retention policies
