Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication. Using computer or tablet systems, you will document activity and support a welcoming environment. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, and maintain accurate activity logs and incident documentation.
• Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and following Allied Universal and client site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
