- Verify insurance information and coordinate loaner vehicles as needed
- Provide timely service updates and communication throughout the repair process
- Flexible availability to meet business needs
- Sales experience with automotive industry knowledge
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate software systems
- Ability to complete onboarding in a timely manner
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (up to 5 hours)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
