Role Responsibilities:
- Secure competitive financing by working directly with lenders and confidently presenting loan and lease options while strengthening key lender relationships
- Drive F&I revenue by presenting and selling extended service contracts, GAP, and protection products that create long‑term customer value
- Ensure flawless funding and compliance with all local, state, federal, and lender requirements
- Partner with the sales team to deliver a fast, seamless deal‑to‑funding process
- Deliver a customer‑first experience while consistently meeting and exceeding performance goals
Employee Prerequisites:
- Ability to ramp up fast and win through a streamlined onboarding and training process
- 2 years automotive sales and 1 year F&I experience (earning potential based on experience)
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business and customers, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communicator who can clearly explain financial options and build customer confidence
- Self‑motivated, proactive team player with a result-driven mindset
- Detail‑oriented professional able to accurately complete financial documents while working effectively with customers, lenders, and dealership teams
