- Reviewing, processing, and reconciling vendor invoices and statements accurately and on time
- Managing payment schedules in coordination with a third-party payment processor
- Ensuring expenses are properly approved and issuing payments by management authorization
- Maintaining up-to-date vendor records, including tax documentation
- Preparing and processing annual 1099-NEC filings in compliance with IRS requirements
- High school diploma
- Automotive dealership accounting experience- REQUIRED
- Automotive DMS experience (Tekion preferred)
- Comfortable in a high-volume email/call environment
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Full-time availability with cutoff flexibility
- Professional and dependable
