- Assist customers with financing by securing rate quotes, working with lenders and banks, and presenting loan terms while maintaining strong lender relationships.
- Present and sell aftermarket products, including extended warranties, GAP insurance, and protection plans, to drive profitability and encourage customer referrals.
- Complete all required financing documentation accurately and ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ability to quickly adapt through a streamlined onboarding process.
- 2 years automotive sales experience and 1 year in finance; pay based on experience.
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and collaborative team player.
- Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
