We are an AI-driven K–12 education company building a new model of learning combining online education offline learning centers competition-based STEM programs.
We are now building a high-performance robotics competition program from 0 → 1 — and looking for a leader to own it end-to-end.
About the Role
This is not a teaching job.
This is a team-building competition leadership role where you will build a robotics program capable of competing in FLL (First LEGO League).
You will act as the founding coach and program architect, responsible for building both the team and the system that trains winners.
What you will do
- Build Classover’s robotics competition program from scratch (students, coaches, structure, training system)
- Design and lead student recruitment, including open tryouts, selection criteria, and marketing-driven outreach to attract high-potential students
- Recruit and manage high-level robotics coaches (FLL backgrounds)
- Select and train students for competition teams
- Design end-to-end competition training systems (technical strategy presentation teamwork)
- Study competition rules, scoring systems, and winning strategies, and turn them into training playbooks
- Lead full competition cycles: tryouts → training → milestones → competition execution
- Build a repeatable system for producing strong competition results year after year

Who we are looking for
- Experience in FLL / FRC / VEX or similar robotics competition environments
- Background as coach, team lead, mentor, organizer, or technical lead
- Strong understanding of competition strategy team building
- Ability to independently analyze rules, scoring, and competition structure
- Proven ability to build or lead teams toward competition success
Big plus:
- Experience building robotics teams or STEM competition programs
- Experience coaching winning teams or leading award-winning projects
Compensation
- $48,000 – $52,000 base salary
- Performance bonus tied to competition results and awards
- High ownership role with direct visibility to leadership
