We are building an AI-driven K–12 learning center model combining mastery learning AI-powered education systems. We are looking for a hands-on curriculum system builder, not a traditional teacher or content writer.
What you will do
You will design the full learning system from 0 → 1:
- Build curriculum structure (levels, units, progression)
- Design worksheets step-by-step learning materials
- Create placement tests and mastery standards
- Build homework review system for daily learning
- Design progress tracking for students, parents, and teachers
- Help define how learning centers operate at scale
What makes this role different
You are not “writing curriculum.”
You are building the learning operating system used by every center.
Your work directly defines how students learn, progress, and master skills.
Who we’re looking for
- Experience in curriculum design / K–12 education / learning products
- Strong ability to structure learning into clear step-by-step progression
- Experience with worksheets, assessments, or mastery-based learning
- Strong ownership ability to build from scratch
Big plus:
- Kumon / Mathnasium / learning center experience
- EdTech or structured learning system experience
