Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee our account’s daily operations and drive the business forward. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management and process improvement.
This position does have a flexible schedule but it is not a day time job, most accounts are in the evening while some are 3rd shift and also on the weekends. You are required to be available to work those hours to do walkthroughs, train staff, cover any call offs, etc.
Duties:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure goals are met
- Lead initiatives for process improvement and cost reduction
- Provide leadership and supervision to staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Other responsibilities
-Manage 1 building and 8 employees
-Quality assurance
-Nightly walkthroughs
-Inventory control and placing orders
-Hiring and Firing
-Training and development
-timekeeping and assist in payroll
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management in the janitorial industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team management
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
