Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to placement
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring processes
- Perform background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment screenings
- Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding documentation
- Utilize recruiting tools, databases, and sourcing strategies to build pipelines
- Match qualified candidates to client job requirements
- Provide excellent client service and maintain ongoing communication
- Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Support onboarding, orientation, and compliance processes
- Track recruiting activity and maintain reports
Must Have:
- Experience in recruiting or staffing
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and job orders simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience with high-volume recruiting
- Familiarity with HR compliance processes (I-9, E-Verify, onboarding)
- Experience using ATS or recruiting databases
