Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and urgency
- Guide customers to appropriate services and convert inquiries into booked appointments
- Coordinate and manage schedules for multiple craftsmen and service requests
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding timing and next steps
- Support field staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist with administrative tasks including light accounts receivable and collections follow-up
- Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience from first contact through job completion
Must Have
- Located within commuting distance of North Seattle office
- 3 years of experience handling inbound customer calls and booking services
- Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or coordinating multiple appointments in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and customer-focused mindset
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch/scheduling software
- Background in home services, trades, construction, or service-based industries
- Experience with accounts receivable, collections, or customer follow-up
