Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end installation of HVAC systems (residential and light commercial)
- Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical components
- Conduct system start-ups, testing, and ensure proper functionality
- Review installation plans and ensure compliance with local codes
- Communicate clearly with customers about installation processes
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
- Mentor junior installers and uphold high workmanship standards
- 2 years of proven experience in residential or light commercial HVAC installation
- Strong understanding of HVAC electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and local building codes
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- EPA Universal Certification
- NATE Certification
- Experience with high-efficiency system retrofits and zoning systems
