Location: Casper, WY
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00/hour performance bonuses

Responsibilities- Perform residential repairs and maintenance including drywall, carpentry, and tile work
- Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and office staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Manage workload efficiently and complete tasks on schedule
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience
- Good driving record and access to a van or truck
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
