Visiting Angels is Hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Home Care!

Location: Plainfield, IL (serving Plainfield, Bolingbrook, Oswego, Joliet)

Schedule: Flexible (4-12 hour shifts; mornings, evenings, weekends)

Pay Rate: $19/hour

Employment Type: Part-Time

Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and mobility
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Support clients with memory-related conditions such as Dementia or Alzheimer's
• Communicate updates with families and care team
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
  
  

Requirements

Must Have:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to reliably commute to job locations
• Experience or willingness to provide care for the elderly
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Availability to work flexible hours
• Must live within 10 miles of Bolingbrook, Plainfield, Oswego, or Joliet
• Strong reliability and professional judgment
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Active CNA license in good standing
• Prior home care experience
• Experience with memory care (Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's)
