Responsibilities
Order Management & Logistics
- Enter drop-ship purchase orders with accuracy (pricing, product, quantities, destinations)
- Generate shipping labels using FedEx, UPS, or similar systems
- Monitor order status and provide timely tracking updates to customers
- Assist with product availability, quotes, and specification requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Support product recommendations and sales initiatives
- Resolve customer issues in coordination with internal teams
- Document and escalate product complaints appropriately
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives
- Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and opportunities
Must Have
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics
- Background in food service, hospitality, grocery, or related industries
- Familiarity with shipping systems (FedEx, UPS) or internal platforms
