We are hiring a Crawlspace Foreman to own that standard in the field. This is not a handyman role and it is not a laborer role. It is skilled work with real responsibility, and our clients are trusting us with their health, not just their house.
What you will do
- Run crawlspace encapsulation, vapor barrier, and moisture control jobs from start to final walkthrough
- Own quality on every detail: barriers tacked and lined cleanly, seams lipped correctly, every lip foamed, penetrations sealed
- Lead and train a crew of 1 to 3 technicians and hold them to the same standard
- Self-inspect and photograph every job before calling it done. Your name is on it
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, many of whom are managing health issues
What we are looking for
- 3 years of hands-on crawlspace encapsulation, waterproofing, or foundation work, with at least 1 year leading a crew or working unsupervised to a high standard
- Obsessive attention to detail. You notice the unfoamed lip nobody else does
- Comfortable working in crawlspaces daily (kneeling, crawling, confined spaces, up to 50 lbs)
- Clean driving record, reliable, drug-free, professional in a customer's home

Pay
- $25 to $32 per hour depending on experience. Strong, proven foremen should expect $29 to $32
- Expected annual base of $56,000 to $67,000, before bonus
- Quarterly bonus based on volume completed and jobs passing final inspection with zero rework
- Consistent full-time hours, year-round
