Production Specialist – Crawlspace & Basement Waterproofing

About the Position
Crawl Daddy is looking for a dependable, hardworking Production Specialist to join our installation team.
You do not need crawlspace or waterproofing experience. We can teach the work. What we need is someone who shows up, has a great attitude, works hard, takes pride in doing things correctly, and wants to be part of a growing company.
This is a hands-on position. You will work in crawlspaces, basements and around residential properties completing waterproofing, moisture-control and structural projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Crawlspace encapsulation and vapor barrier installation
- Drainage system and sump pump installation
- Dehumidifier installation
- Insulation removal and installation
- Crawlspace cleanouts
- Minor structural/floor-support work
- Waterproofing projects
- Loading/unloading materials and keeping trucks organized
- Taking before, during and after photos of completed work
- Maintaining a clean jobsite
- Communicating professionally with homeowners
- Working closely with your Crew Leader and Production Manager

- Construction, waterproofing, is a plus — but not required
