What you’ll do
- Lead and supervise store managers to ensure operational efficiency and exceptional customer service across all locations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals, driving growth and profitability in your district.
- Monitor financial performance, including profit and loss statements, to identify areas for improvement and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Foster a culture of continuous process improvement by identifying best practices and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business development initiatives and drive sales growth.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely execution while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and prepare them for advancement within the organization.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operations, provide feedback, and support store managers in achieving their objectives.
