WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who lights up a room. This person walks in every shift with genuine energy and warmth — not because they were told to, but because it's who they are. They love people. They love conversation. They know how to make a stranger feel like a regular and a regular feel like family.
The right candidate thrives on the floor, makes eye contact, remembers names, asks about the wedding or the graduation, and finds the perfect gift before the customer even knows they're looking for one. They are cheerful, upbeat, and contagiously enthusiastic about Kilwins — the product, our brand, the experience.
They are also a natural seller — someone who loves the moment a customer's face lights up after a sample, who doesn't hesitate to say "You have to try the fudge," and who understands that great hospitality and great sales are the same thing done well.
