- Pay: $20-$30/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm
- Support: paid training, company vehicle & tools, full benefits, purpose‑driven work

- Complete daily work orders across multiple housing locations
- Perform repairs and maintenance in areas such as:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Painting
- Appliances
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently and make quality repairs the first time
- Prioritize work orders and manage your time independently
- Maintain a professional and respectful presence when working in occupied homes
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 years of hands‑on residential or building maintenance experience with consistent employment history
- Practical knowledge in two or more skilled trades
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, hands‑on work
- Proven record of reliable attendance and completing work as scheduled
- Valid driver's license (fewer than 6 points) and ability to pass a background check
- Has held steady maintenance or trade roles and values long‑term employment
- Takes pride in finishing work right the first time
- Shows up consistently and manages time independently
- Wants a predictable weekday schedule and stable, mission‑driven career
