About the Role
CRdeals Property Group is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help manage upkeep for up to 60 residential and commercial properties.
You’ll handle day-to-day repairs, routine maintenance, and small renovations to keep our buildings in top shape.
We’re a fast-growing, family-run company looking for a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, carpentry)
- Handle work orders promptly and document completed tasks
- Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Coordinate with outside contractors when needed
- Support seasonal upkeep (snow removal, landscaping, etc.)
- Respond to emergency calls as part of a rotating schedule
Requirements
- 2 years of maintenance or property management experience
- Basic knowledge of multiple trades
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
Pay & Benefits
- $20–$30/hour, based on experience
- Full-time, year-round employment
- Paid holidays and vacation after 90 days
- Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement
- Tools, supplies, and uniforms provided
Schedule
- Monday to Friday (occasional weekend or emergency work as needed)
